The Learning and Development Manager will work under the direction of the Director, Human Resources, leading the design, implementation and evaluation of leadership development initiatives. Ensuring the organization has robust skills to solve future challenges and enhances the overall organizational performance and culture of engagement. This role is responsible for creating innovative and engaging learning solutions to prepare and enable our employees to provide exceptional service to our patients and caregivers. The focus of this role is to design and deliver relevant, timely and engaging learning experiences that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees and equip them with the tools and resources they need to succeed in their role.
