As the Physician Liaison , you will provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with internal staff, external medical facilities, and patients. This role involves educating stakeholders about the Department of Energy Employees Occupational Illness (DEEOIC) program, advocating for patients to receive their entitled benefits, and ensuring strict confidentiality of patient information. Additionally, the Physician Liaison coordinates effectively with various parties, navigates the Home Health Care (HHC) approval process, and assists in connecting patients with supportive medical providers.
