POSITION PURPOSE
The HRIS Analyst will lead configuration, optimization and ongoing management of our HR systems. This role will play a critical part in designing and executing an integrated, scalable, and efficient HR technology environment. The HRIS Analyst will partner closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to drive automation, streamline workflows, and improve data integrity across the employee lifecycle. This will be a hands-on role requiring expertise in system configuration, process design, data analysis, and project management to support current needs and future growth.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for providing support for our HR systems to include UKG (HRIS/Payroll), WFM (Timekeeping), Lever (Recruiting), Smartsheet and any future technology.

Collaborate directly with internal customers to research, troubleshoot, resolve and track issues in a timely and creative manner.

Evaluate current HR technology landscape and identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows to reduce manual processes and improve user experience.

Provide excellent customer service to employees and managers.
5.
Perform analysis of existing business processes and system design to identify, evaluate, and propose solutions in response to inefficiencies, business issues, and challenges.

Execute daily maintenance activities and tasks including but not limited to role assignments, security and data audits, organization changes, process tasks, etc.

Provide expertise on third-party interface requirements.

Develop and deliver custom reports, dashboards and ad hoc reporting requests. Assist with the compilation of monthly metrics.
9.
Engage in Technology Forums including UKG Community, groups and educational events in order to stay informed of upcoming new features and enhancements and provide recommendations to leadership.
10.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, including integrations between HRIS and other platforms such as payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and applicant tracking systems.

Provide training, guidance, and support to HR and business users on system functionality and enhancements.
12.
Use HR data to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend improvements; help develop practical reporting tools that drive insight and accountability

Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
