Lead Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Registered Nurse (RN) in the Oak Ridge, TN area to join our team. The Lead Registered Nurse (RN) will support patient care and oversee nursing operations in a private-duty home setting. This position combines hands-on care with leadership responsibilities, ensuring seamless communication between the patient, caregivers, and the Patient Coordinator. As the Lead RN, you’ll not only provide exceptional patient care but also ensure seamless staffing by filling shifts or coordinating with our nursing pool. You’ll get to advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care that they need.  

This role will collaborate with CNA’s, HHA’s, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.

Shift: Full-Time, Day Shifts, On call shifts (Minimum of three 12-hour shifts per week).
