Position Summary:

The Care Team Technical Writer / Patient Resource Specialist is a hybrid administrative-clinical support role responsible for developing compliant documentation, supporting patient resources, and coordinating critical services. This role is central to ensuring patients receive timely, accurate care and access to needed benefits, medications, equipment, and travel resources. The individual will work closely with nurses, Patient Coordinators, physicians, and home health aides to ensure that care plans and supportive services align with Department of Labor (DOL) standards and organizational values.
